I recently finished reading The
Anti-Federalist Papers and the Constitutional Convention
Debates which was a good read, if a bit dry. Nat says that he read them in
college. Something else I missed by not going to college, I
guess.
Next comes the other side, The
Federalist Papers. Did you know that you could get The
Federalist Papers as
14 Cassettes? Who knew?
I also recent finished reading yet another excellent Robert Sawyer
book, End
of an Era. He's written many
excellent books. I recommend them to anyone who enjoys
Science Fiction and stories that include good character
development.
I'm also reading a C# book that Miguel suggested. It's quite good
and I'm pretty impressed with the language. The only thing that I
don't like about it so far is the ugly-as-sin syntax for
attributes. I think that whomever came up with the syntax must
have spend too much time writing MSIDL or something. Yuck. Of
course, I've only plowed through classes, interfaces, flow control
and exceptions. There are a lot of other language features that I
haven't passed judgement on yet.
