My travel to India has been my first introduction to real jet lag. I went to Germany last summer, but that experience doesn’t hold a candle to this. I’ve moved on from the stage where you’re really, really tired in the afternoon to where you’re only able to sleep for four hours a night. If the pattern holds tomorrow I’ll be able to sleep six hours and the a full eight the following night.
Of course, on the flip side these early morning hours before the crash comes are hella productive.
