I wonder if they would let me build a plane in this place. (The classes alone look like pure gold.

Dude, I thought you’ve given flying up.
(The engine noise does make a nice alternate to baby crying though.)
Agreed! …so when is RedHat coming to the west coast?
I know many people (including me) who would love to work at RedHat, but don’t want to leave the west coast.
Indeed, I have not given up on flying. If I had more money, I would do it all the time. But I don’t so I am biding my time until some lands in my lap.
Also Red Hat does have an office on the west coast. They have an office in a building on Castro Street in Mountain View.
Hmm. Is it new? I wonder why I never saw that. …Oh. It looks like they don’t really have any jobs there to speak of. :-(
I don’t know about the coast thing, but if techshop opened up a MA location there would certainly be plenty of MIT geeks lining up ;-)
Over on this side of the country, TechShop is opening a Raleigh location.
Feh. I’m in Boston!
Any finds in Boston so far ? I am wondering if one can get access to some of the machining/woodworking/dark rooms in MIT…
a-ha!
