…is now available! As usual, there are release notes and a list of known issues and, of course, what’s new in this release. Download it in any of the 45 languages that are included in this beta.
Happy testing!

Are there any release notes for b4 -> b5 as opposed to 2.x -> 3b5 ?

@Ryan:
Check [Improved in Beta 5!] tag in

Firefox 3 beta 5 on Linux
Problems
——–1. Browser becomes unresponsive for ~10 secs, then resumes fine.
System monitor shows uninterruptible. It mostly occurs at start
of browsing session, almost like Firefox is updating some stuffs?2. Rendering is very different between version 2 & 3 at http://www.macgimp.org/
3. Tables are slower to scroll at http://www.willus.com/ccomp_benchmark.shtml?p6
4. Bookmark manager is slower and clumsier at moving bookmark files & folders
compared to version 2.5. MSDN sites never stop transferring data with version 3.
6. Malware detection did not prevent site like http://www.antivirus-scanner.com
from trying to install .exe on Linux?Frankly, I do not know why fedora 9 includes Firefox 3 in its beta state.
