It's worth noting that this is just the subset of the Moz community that can make it to a rather expensive conference on the west coast of the US; if the Mozilla community is anything like the open source communities I'm a part of, that leaves a _lot_ of people out, particularly those of us in Europe and Asia. Sorry. Venting a little here -- I know you ended the comment with "just the tip of the iceberg", so you're aware of the issue, but every time conference season rolls around I get reminded of it... Hmm.
