Great. More ‘we love the art so much, we have to pull-out the rug from the artist’ propaganda. Lets face it: this is a movement that favors the amateur and pulls the rug out from the professional. Under this system, don’t ever hope to ever get paid for your hard work. I might as well go do manual labor (where I can pay my rent), because my mind and my education has become obsolete according to this.

I would love to give this guy my money, it would be a nice addition to my collection of Free Culture movies, however as my options are moving to the US or installing flash to watch an inferior streaming version.. two things that are unlikely to happen.

To bad it sounds enjoyable.

Yup dudes its more that my US distributor is awesome, and they wanted to do it this way. The Canadian download will be available relatively soon as well. Our Canadian distributor basically doesn’t have the ground crew that the US has to be able to make free work for them, so they’re counting on bums in seats and DVD sales, and the problem is that the DVD retailers in Canada won’t stock a film if you can find it online. But once the DVD is out, the game changes a bit. Hope that helps explain things!
