none of these makes me want to use IE, the first one is just stupid and the second one…a little bit off topic, no?

  2. John says:

Um, OK. Is this actual MS marketing?? Wouldn’t surprise me in the least after the Gates/Seinfeld fiasco.

  3. Astron says:

I like the S.H.Y.N.E.S.S. video is even better. I mean, are the really telling us their users are people no one likes?

  4. Shane says:

Yes, this is actual Microsoft marketing, I saw the first one on TV a while back, and I wrote about the second marketing ploy a few months ago: http://www.shanebishop.net/wp/2009/06/15/shameful

Wow! You know… M$ seem to be really into making obnoxious adverts. I asked my wife what Bing was, she had no idea. But she still remembered and hated the Bing advert. And who wouldn’t, it’s a ton of puke?

Pizza Hut must be using the same advertising agency. Remember that 35 year old guy shouting “JACKPOT!!!” as if he’s 16.

Seriously, why would a company associate themselves with puke and verbal diarrhea? What they fail to understand is that there is a direct correlation between the population’s ability to understand what the hell they are talking about and the commercial market share of IE8.

    GO M$ YAY!
